The Brighton Fair at the Brighton Centre, purpose built for concerts, conferences and exhibitions, centrally located and ideal for our fairs. We attract 1000s of worldwide music fans and dealers. Even in the age of download and internet; dealers and collectors still choose to buy and sell in the hands on environment of Fairs. It is still possible to obtain the best prices at fairs, thanks to the informed and realistic objectives of buyers and dealers. Our Fairs sell out fast with a good spread of all types of dealers and new stallholders selling their own collections. A healthy gap between fairs allows dealers to come up new goods and for the public to be prepared for the great buying and selling opportunities. Regards Vinylman .
Cancellations:- We can give a maximum of 50% refund for cancellations received less than 4 weeks before fairs, which allows us to cover our own losses. All dealers are required to fill in their details [over] to keep our database up to date and ensure the success of our fairs.
Power and/permission to play music, available by request, at time of booking only, £5 per dealer.

2 persons only are allowed entry with each booking all additional persons/buyer dealers will pay the early admission price of £5.
The layout of stalls must meet with the venues Health and Safety regulations and stalls must not be moved.
Goods must be placed on or directly below paid for stalls, any additional space taken will be charged at the normal stall rate.
LOADING & PARKING: Loading bays are for unloading purposes only. Centre regulations and the law dictate that dealers MUST NOT PARK OR LEAVE THEIR VEHICLES ON THE PAVEMENT WHILST UNLOADING.
There is parking nearby. TRAFFIC WARDENS DO WORK ON SUNDAYS SO PLEASE PARK LEGALLY
Unloading is from 6.30am to 8.30am and 4pm to 5.30pm
U[Upstairs] Stalls load at the rear of the centre and D[Downstairs] Stalls load from the front of the centre or use the commercial lift for upstairs stalls. Dealers arriving after 8.30 must load at the rear of the Centre.
For Health and Safety reasons, dealers load and unload when the public are not in the building.
From 8 30am after all loading has ceased [by arrangement] buyer dealers/collectors are admitted at the front of the centre, cost £5.
PUBLIC ADMISSION TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS
Admission 9.30am -1 30pm £1.50p, 1.30 - 4pm 50p, Under 5's FREE ALL DAY
SECURITY. There are security cameras throughout the Centre, but your own vigilance all around your stalls is the best security and your responsibility. Providing bags for every purchase can also reduce theft and help identify purchased items. Bags are available from Covers 33; situated behind the staircase.
BOOTLEGS. No bootlegs may be sold in any way, shape or form. There will be no exception to the rule. Any one who has bootlegs with them on the day of the Fair will be asked to remove them from the venue
FOOD & DRINK. Buffet & Bar facilities are available upstairs.
DISPLAY. ‘Blu-tak’ only may be used on the walls and removed; by you after the fair, free-standing display boards are welcome.

FULL PAYMENT & A COMPLETED BOOKING FORM MUST ACCOMPANY BOOKINGS TO SECURE GUARANTEED SPACE. RETURN TO VINYLMAN ENTERPRISES OF A COMPLETED BOOKING FORM WITH PAYMENT WILL BE CONSTRUED AS ACCEPTANCE OF THE VARIOUS TERMS & CONDITIONS, WHICH WILL APPLY TO STALLHOLDERS AT OUR FUNCT1ONS. THE EXHIBITOR SHALL DEFEND THE ORGANISER VINYLMAN ENTERPRISES FROM & INDEMNIFYAGAINST ANY LIABILITIES ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH THE ATTENDANCE AT THE FAIR OF THE STALLHOLDER, HIS OR HER AGENTS, CONTRACTORS OR EMPLOYEES. ANY STALLHOLDER OFFERING FOR SALE OR DISPLAYING GOODS OF A COUNTERFEIT OR BOOTLEG NATURE WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE FAIR WITHOUT RECOURSE TO OR BE REFUNDED FROM THE COMPANY. ANY DEALER WHO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THIS TERM WILL BE BARRED FROM ANY FUTURE FA1RS & WILL NOT HAVE ANY RECOURSE TO VINYLMAN ENTERPRISES FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.
SPECIAL NOTICES RELATING TO BOOTLEGGING & PIRATING.
BOOTLEGGING Involves the importation into the UK otherwise than for private or domestic use or in the course of a business, possessing selling or letting for hire, offering or exposing for sale or hire or distributing recordings of performances which are and which that person knows or has reason to believe are illicit recordings without the consent of the person having recording rights. Such infringement will constitute a civil offence and further, making for sale, importation and sale of or the offering or exposing for sale of or the distribution of such illicit recordings with knowledge or reason to believe the same are illicit gives rise to liability as a criminal offence with a maximum term of imprisonment of two years andI or a fine.
PIRATING. Copyright in a work is infringed by a person who, without the license of the copyright owner, authorizes another to do any of the acts restricted by the copyright. The copying of a work is an act restricted by the copyright and is illegal. The copyright in a work is infringed by a person who, without the license of the copyright owner, sells, offers or exposes for sale in the course of a business an article which is and which he knows or has reason to believe is an infringing copy of the work. These acts of selling and distributing infringing sound recordings are also criminal offences and are subject to a maximum term of imprisonment of two years andI or a fine.
There are criminal penalties if you are found guilty. There may also be a civil liability to pay damages and costs, and to give up offending copies.
VINYLMAN ENTERPR1SES does not permit, encourage or tolerate bootlegging or pirating.
Accordingly:
[1] No stallholder known to be involved in bootlegging or pirating will be acceptable as an exhibitor.
[21 Any stallholder found to be selling or offering for sale any illegal material will be asked to remove them from the venue. If this is not done immediately, they will be asked to pack up their stall and leave, without any right of refund or recovery of damages for any cause whatsoever, and
[3] Will be in breach of contract with Vinylman Enterprises and liable accordingly to compensate or indemnify Vinylman Enterprises for actual and Consequential losses.
