UK orders automatically sent by Recorded Delivery (included in UK prices below) unless other service is suggested or requested. Please note that DOUBLE PACKS and DOUBLE ALBUMS count as two items.

PAYMENT

We accept most Credit Cards.and paypal paul@musicmeltdown.co.uk You may supply your card and delivery details by phone or fax. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made out to P. CLARK. We never give or sell your name, address, e-mail address or any other information to other customers or companies.

DELIVERY TIME

UK and European items should be received within 7 - 10 days and the ROTW between 10 - 14 days. Orders paid by Credit Card and Postal Order are dispatched the next working day orders from netsounds gemm music stack discogs are sent 3-5 days.

GUARANTEE

Our records and CDs come from a number of sources and are a mix of new and used. We check all records and CDs before dispatching them to check they are in good condition. If you are not happy with any part of your order you may return it within 7 days, you are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the return the item, we are not responsible for return postage.
